Garbage app
So the notifications when the camera detects something is nowhere near quick enough takes about 30 seconds to a min. Wow the criminal is in my house

HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE
My camera hasn't worked right from the beginning. They are saying that my signal is weak, yet it shows strong on my end. And it only stops recording from midnight to around 6:30 am! They refuse to give a supervisor, instead they end the chat. I have hours of screenshots of conversations with them! And look real hard at what you paying for on this "free" app, they are charging me for two conflicting services. Their response to everything has been go through APPLE for a refund! They act like scammers. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!

Needs worms
This app is a little confusing when setting up your cameras. It could definitely be simplified. The Jawa app for another style camera is very good.
BEWARE, HACKERS
Upon setup, the app asked for my email AND my email password. I was exhausted from a long day at the time and entered it without thinking. That same night, my email was accessed from overseas and used to gain access to my Facebook and squarespace accounts, where the hacker used my linked payment methods to purchase a bunch of ads and domain names. Furthermore, they then intentionally posted content that got me immediately banned for life from Facebook so that I couldn’t go in and cancel the purchases. All this happened in the middle of the night while I slept. Whether the developers themselves were behind it or their security just sucks and makes it accessible to hackers, don’t touch this app with a ten foot pole.

3 secs to start the app!?
It was fine until the ads started appearing.
Now I have to wait more than 3 seconds just to preview the security video.
What if there’s an emergency?
This change is extremely disappointing.
Because of this, I’m even considering switching to a different security system and camera manufacturer.

Previews disappeared
Before when a notification went off there would be a preview of what the camera saw. Now it’s just a notification without the preview. Put the previews back please!!
Works great
The app works amazingly well. We had our for years. Such clear videos and the playback comes in such handy

導入した時はなかったけど、使い始めて半年くらいでアプリ立ち上げて直ぐにクラウドストレージ加入の広告を見せられる。今直ぐ確認しなきゃいけない時に５秒待たされるのは防犯アプリとして死活問題。

Can't download videos
Live feed is actually really good. But I need to download the videos to an external device and it literally won't do it. There's no way to export videos, only bits and pieces. My solution was to yank the hard drive out of the stupid receiver, a crazy inconvenient way to handle a simple task. Will never buy this again, but I'm stuck with it for work.

The worst camera i have ever owned. Also customer support is non existent. Avoid this camera big time. A week later and camera stopped workibg. Dead as a door nail
認証さえできない
一番最初のメアドを入れて認証コードを取得の時点で何度やっても送られて来ない。使えない。助けて。
ZERO START
Absolute garbage of an app. Can’t say much about technicals because the app continuously registers my password as incorrect and locks me out of all functionality. Resetting and reinstalling doesn’t work. I’m kinda suspecting that this is a data mining operation, not a legitimate software. Steer clear.

It keeps moving even though there is a person it moves away from the person and it supposed to follow them.

App is very poor nothing functions correctly cannot get the cameras PTZ to function correctly Can’t get no live support. It’s all automated.

Terrible software
AI doesn’t work. Impossible to detect correctly human. Multiple false alarms and that’s about it. Good luck finding something. No foreword or rewind options.
