Terrific Service
I love the Honey Homes business model of prepaying for handymen hours. This makes costs completely predictable and actually encourages me to propose difficult custom projects for the home that would otherwise cost a small fortune. I love that I don’t have to haggle about the price of individual projects. They also have very skilled handymen, and for jobs that require a special skill, they can connect me with a qualified person.

Successful visit
I had a couple of minor repairs to doors and a more complicated repair to a sliding pocket door that was off its track. Axel was able to make all the repairs in the time allotted, and was careful and respectful as he did his work.

Love this program
Saves me so much time. Even as someone who likes fixing things myself, having Honey Homes gets the job done right the first time without me eating a weekend figuring out the problem and multiple trips to the hardware store.

Honey homes has been a game changer for my home maintenance, from small fixes to large projects, it’s been amazing to see how much improvement has been made to my house over the last few months.
Service is great, App needs to be much better
The whole concept of HoneyHomes is really awesome. We have had the service for year and a half, and we absolutely love it.
However, one nagging issue is this app. When the whole interaction between customer and the service provider is happening through the app, you would expect the app experience to be seamless. Instead, what we have is a dysfunctional app. For example, when you start replying, the keypad that opens up covers the latest message that you are applying to. As another example, when you entered a task and you want to edit the description, on iPhone, the keypad does not have return button. As a result, all you can do is write an endless sentence that may include the URL to a furniture assembly manual you want to provide to the Handyman. Along with your instructions.

Worth it!
This service has exceeded my expectations. The handymen are excellent, and the app itself is super easy to use. I love that I can access the app anytime I want to add something and keep a running list. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a homeowner. It helps you track your honey-do list of tasks that need to be completed, as well as future appointments for larger tasks that can't be done in one trip. Overall, I appreciate the convenience of being able to add items whenever necessary.

As a busy mom i appreciate the easy to navigate app that honey homes uses for scheduling and organizing tasks. i can plan ahead of time what needs to be done around the house with pictures and details as they pop into my head! i love how simple it is to book and make a to do list for my handy man. we can both refer to the app and be in the same page about tasks. i frequently reschedule and update my lists and the app makes it so convenient. what a great time saver for busy families to delegate house needs and spend more time with loved ones!

So easy to use and great service
I already love the HH service and just all the things getting fixed around my home. But the app is great too. It's so easy to use to book appointments, send a message, add tasks. I love that I can input all the appliance info in my home (or have my handyman do that).

First I have to say I love HH idea and service. The monthly fee ends up to be the same or less than a one time service call to a handy person or plumber. Apart from a good handyman, the staff are always accommodating, flexible, kind and customer friendly.
The app works well with no glitches. Takes a beat to understand how it all works, but then is great.

It’s nice to schedule your handyman though the app and subscription service. I know I’ll be able to assign tasks in the app and they will be taken care of. Highly recommend
