Super helpful, could have a few fixes
This app has been super helpful for splitting expenses since my partner and I moved in together. One frustrating issue I have is I can’t figure out how to see what my total expenses have been for the month (aka my individual expenses + our split joint expenses). I can only see the total I have spent from my bank accounts (before splitting any expenses). Or the total my partner and I have spent (which includes all expenses including our personal ones).
Another thing that would make it more user friendly is if you could swipe to split an expense, and if you could tap on an expense to easily change the category!

No division
Apparently, if you break up with your significant other, the app has no way to separate you, and they could easily have access to view your bills unless you manually change it for each bill. Even when I asked for assistance, they said it’s not possible to separate that other person from the account.

Best couples finance app I've found
This app is the best for financial visibility among multiple accounts owned by different people. My only issue is that the app support has been nonexistent. I've emailed app support multiple times with questions and minor issues and haven't received a single response.
Constant Bank Sync Issues
This app would be great if the connection to the bank didn’t fail every few days. You constantly need to check if your accounts are synced. If it breaks, sometime the re-sync option works. Other times you need to reconnect from scratch, which is also hit or miss. None of these options are explained anywhere so figuring out where to look and which wires to jiggle is a pain. In-app customer support is an email link that is a black hole with no response.

Always loses sync
Awful finance app. Only maintain sync with accounts for a week or two and then refuses to update. Truly useless, do not download.
Nice but needs a few improvements.
This is a nice option for couples who need an app to track finances. I like the app but when entering purchases they’re not in order. They go into a random order which isn’t helpful when tracking with two people. Also I wish there was an option for pending charges. The bill section is a very nice feature. I like it alot but the other issues have caused me to look for another app.

Amazing free finance tracking for Couples
This app is amazing, simple, a little clunky but the value and tools it provides is the basis for being mindful about spending. Alerts aren’t as quick, transactions don’t update rapid fast. But it works well and the ability to comment and react to individual transactions makes a chore fun for both of us.

Too many glitches
When splitting categories it keeps reverting back to original category. Can’t edit comments. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails for help.
No support
I really liked this app and used it all the time but it suddenly stopped being able to refresh my account a month ago. I tried emailing support twice and got no reply. I’ll update my review if they ever end up fixing it! (Update: still no reply. Do not trust this app with your bank details because clearly they do not care. Deleting this app now .)

Broken & Missing Transactions
Honeydue is nice for couples who have different operating systems (iPhone vs Android). However, this application has always been buggy and very rigid. Most recently, I have not been able to view my September 2025 and November 2025 Transactions. I click on the month and the app displays Oct or Dec ‘25. Because of this I missed large purchases that should have been split. As well, I have noticed that over time sometimes the split icon will not display on past/older transactions, causing my partner to double charge me for past transactions. I used to like the app when first using it, but now it has caused more issues than it is worth.

Good app but…
If you can get your bank connected it’s good. Don’t even try to email or reach out to customer support. They’re not there and won’t reply to anything. Budgeting, transactions, and categorization is really good. This app is superior to many others I’ve tried since mint went out the door but they don’t update or fix bugs and no customer service.

Used to be okay
No one appears to be maintaining this app anymore. Articles in the feed are years old and most recent update was 6 months ago. It’s too bad because I liked the concept. I’m too lazy to build this myself but it could be done by someone who wants to. It appears this developer feels the same way as me.

Poor integration quality: constant desync friction
The app crates a lot of friction due to banks constantly getting desynchronized with useless message “email us” appearing (I tried to email - no response), you have to remove affected banks every month or so and add them back, resetting all tx retagging you have done

The app seems great, but I can’t use it properly.
Every time I try to link my bank account, an error message pops up and tells me to email support. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. My only remaining option is to delete this app and find something different.

No Browser
I like the app and idea of having a pkaces to text each other about bills so its all in one place but really wish you can access it on a computer. Which would be great when doing initial setup or working on categories etc… but until that happensI will have to continue using rocketmoney.
Customer Service is Poor
I have been trying to deactivate my account for the past month now! I have decided to not use the app because it does not fit my needs, but there is no way to do that in the app and I have not been able to do so through email. I don’t know if I need to call or if there is a number to call but I’m not happy knowing my sensitive info is just sitting there and I don’t even use the app. I would like for this issue to be resolved please.
