A bit tricky to set up but works great once you get it setup
App is easy to use. You have to make sure you enter the password to your home wifi (not the password to your new smart pets account). Took several attempts to connect but once connected is working great.
Tracker doesn’t work
The tracker doesn’t pair and it’s too complicated and we spent money on it just for it not to work.
Does exactly as advertised
I’m so far impressed by the responsiveness and functionality of the software for my pet bowl. Easy setup, schedule, and feeding.
pet bowl doesn't pair
auto pairing doesn't find pet bowl and it doesn't even appear in the list of known types of devices in the app. useless
Doesn’t work with 2 in 1 pet bowl
There isn’t a way to manuelly add the smart pet bowl and the app doesn’t find the bowl reached out to Honeywell smart pets. No help at all. It has been a week and hadn’t heard a peep
