New app is HNL 311

Pay attention people. They said that they were changing it to HNL 311

Doesn’t work

HPD officers told me to use this app to report crime in my neighborhood. Now I know why, it doesn’t work and neither do they…

Not Working

I have used the app in the past but it no longer is working as others have noted at least as far back as December 1 of 2025! No excuse for this!

Doesn’t work

The app does not allow you to select categories or enter any requests.

Rock Solid - Not

App no longer works. Loading the app only shows a screen that says “Powered by Rock Solid Onelink”. Except the app doesn’t do anything beyond that screen. Unfortunate, but it’s a government run system. So what do we expect?
