This app is a great option for banking on the go. HOCU has added remote deposit and other tools recently that has made it even easier to deposit checks from anywhere, anytime.
Missing features
Just joined the HOCU family and was very satisfied with your team in Ewa Beach. However, the mobile app is missing a few essential features that most ALL banks/credit union has in this day and age. Where is the bill pay option? Mobile deposit? Digital card information? im hoping that this is something coming to your mobile app soon.
What I love are the transfer to/from comments. Pending ACH or transactions, Statement viewing, and the iPhone widget option.

Useful App for Mobile Banking

Worst Bank in history
There is not a single thing I have needed from this bank that has gotten done , their costumer service Is terrible at this point I am just wondering how can I get rid of them , apart from the part they are rude they don’t help me with none of my problems , also the app is super useless , it’s way to basic and not in a good way , at this moment I am still locked out of my account and they refuse to their jobs .
