GREAT HEALTHCARE COMPANY

since I’ve started the staff and clients has Ben showing me that

Bad

This company is really bad, do not work for them just save ur time please.

Opinion

Worst company i’ve worked for by far, no one gets back to you on this app, phone calls get held up, i’ve had questions that have never been answered, workers say they will get back to you and they don’t, i had an experience where i lost a personal item on the ubers they provide, reached out to these people and nothing ever happened with that. Horrible customer service and all around mediocre job

Great app for care pros

I’ve had zero issues with the app and really enjoy how user-friendly it is. I really appreciate being able to review care notes ahead of time—it helps me walk into each shift prepared and confident. Clocking in and out is simple, documentation is clear, and having everything in one place saves time. As for location tracking, the app states it only tracks 30 minutes prior to a shift, which feels reasonable and transparent. Privacy is important, and users always have the option to manage location settings directly from their device.
Overall, the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes caregiving more organized and efficient. Definitely a helpful tool for care professionals. -Brittany Jackson Michigan care-pro ✨

Heaven Help You If You Need This App!

If you need to have this app, you are working for the wrong company! It is truly a company that has no idea what to do when it comes to home healthcare for the elderly. They do not care about the caregivers and do not care about the elderly clients they are “helping”. As a caregiver you will only ever be paid minimum wage with extra hours being hard to get. This app (which you MUST have to be employed by Honor), must be set to the ‘always tracking location’ setting in order to be used. If you do not turn it off after your shift your location WILL BE TRACKED EVERYWHERE even on your days off. It is very creepy and invasive.

Amazing company

This company is amazing
Love the communication and the team 💝

:/

App doesn’t work

Don’t work here

These people don’t let you work they stingy with the hours they favoritism, and they lie a lot they don’t even go check half of the people home they send you to this company is waste of time and they charge the family more than what they pay out the caregivers

Can’t view care plans

App requires background refresh to be ON and prompts you turn it on despite it being on be default. This screen won’t disappear making it impossible to view care plans.

:/

The app is broken:/.

Joke!

Thought it was an April fool ‘s day joke when I read that HomeInstead had sold out to this company. My first thought was that Honor might be the best, based on HomeInstead ‘s core values and beliefs, “To us it is personal”!
Honor is a joke, caregivers after orientation are dispatched like Rideshare, worse than that, nothing personal about the care, anyone can go anywhere, provided you will, and most of this care is for elderly, who need to get used to a particular caregiver to give consistent care, build trust and safety. They even pay less than the minimum wage, and expect family to train caregiver in the use of assistive devices.

Care Pro

They are so unprofessional, when they see if your gonna have a lot of overtime hours they will cancel your shift and tell you that the family had canceled that shift on that day. They communication is so poor and more like they expect you to communicate with them and tell them the whole nine yard why you couldn’t make to a shift, but when they cancel your shift they just go ahead and do it in the app without telling you the reason. They are always hard to reach, and you can text them something today and get a reply next week or no reply at all but they will totally ignore your message and send you a text of a shift they are trying to cover. They charge families $35-$50 an hr but pay caregivers $15.50 even McDonald’s pay more than that. So don’t waste your time because the only thing good about this agency is the app and the clients and that’s about it .

Great interface with zero privacy

The app is the best I have encountered in the industry as far as functional use. However, this is the only app I have encountered where the company requires the tracking be left on Always. There is no option for while in use. While they say they only track 30 minutes before a shift according to my iPhone the app has been running secretly in the background. It also uses a substantial amount of data compared to other apps so I strongly suggest having an unlimited data plan.

Minimum wage

Only pay minimum wage. Company takes more than they pay their caregiver. Its not fair.

Incredible

The designers of this app are brilliant! Makes adding shifts and seeing care notes super easy. When comparing this app to other apps used in the same industry, Honor’s app surpasses them all by miles. Thank you 🙏
