HONSWAP provides registered users with the following functions and services:‌ ‌Self-Service Registration:‌ Users can independently download, install, and register an account using their email address or mobile phone number. ‌Locate & Swap Batteries:‌ After registration and login, users can view nearby battery swap cabinets and swap batteries for their e-mopeds. ‌Remote Vehicle Controls:‌ Users can remotely power on/off their vehicle, locate it (anti-theft), open the trunk lock, and view ride data. ‌Real-Time Battery Monitoring:‌ Users can check the current battery charge level of their e-moped. ‌Online Service Requests:‌ Users can submit repair tickets online to access after-sales maintenance services.
