Perfect for a recent trip to Pinehurst, had people coming in from multiple airports and the group split up on multiple courses in the area, this app made it so everyone knew where to be and when, without texting me about it! Great UI and design, appreciate the ease of use

Hoofr is hands down one of the most organized and user-friendly platforms I’ve used. Everything is laid out in a clear, straightforward way that makes it incredibly easy to navigate and find exactly what you need.
The itineraries were spot on, tee times were exactly where they needed to be, and everyone always knew where to be and when. It made coordinating a group effortless and eliminated all the usual confusion that comes with planning events and trips.

I’ve been on countless golf trips. It’s always the same story. Everyone is trying to get excited but it’s countless texts back and forth with questions, tee times, courses, where’s dinner etc. I cannot get over how much better the lead up to this most recent golf trip has been with Hoofr. Everything you need, right where you need it. Your golf trip comes to life and jumps off your phone screen. Every detail to get everyone fired up. Love this app!!

This App Saved my Life
Last year I planned a golf trip for 8 guys in a group chat. 47 messages in, one guy booked the wrong weekend, one guy booked a hotel 40 minutes from the course, and Dave hasn’t left the house voluntarily since 2018. Wife, kids, meal prep. We invited him as a favor. He texted “wait are we staying overnight?” on day two. Dave your wife packed your bag. She knew. Everyone knew.
Meanwhile I’m on hole 6 making eye contact with the cart girl — and she was THAT cart girl — hoping she notices I’m the one with the plan. She did not notice. She gave extra waters to the guy who didn’t know what course we were on.
Downloaded Hoofr. Sent one link. No more questions. No more Dave. On hole 7 the cart girl asked ME if I needed anything.
Was it the app? Was it God? Was it the Pro V’s? We’ll never know. Five stars.

Used Hoofr to organize a golf trip with the guys and it honestly felt like we finally graduated from the chaos of group texts. Everything from tee times to dinners to who’s on the hook for the Airbnb got dropped into one clean itinerary, and it made the whole thing so much easier to manage. The schedule view was especially clutch — everyone could see where to be and when, and there were no “wait, what course are we at tomorrow?” messages at 11pm the night before.
Payment tracking is another big win here. Instead of one person carrying a running tab in their Notes app and chasing people down at the end of the weekend, we just logged expenses as we went and everyone could see exactly what they owed. Handicaps, teams, and side-game points were simple to set up, and it made our Ryder Cup-style matches feel a little more official without being complicated.
If I had one small ask, it would be a bit more polish around notifications and maybe an easier way to duplicate last year’s trip as a template for the next one. Still, those are minor compared to the value Hoofr adds. For any group golf trip where you’ve got multiple rounds, lodging, and a crew that tends to “forget” details, this is absolutely the way to keep everything on track.

Thank you so much for this incredible review!! You nailed exactly what Hoofr is built for, and it's awesome to hear it held up for the whole trip. Quick tip on the template ask: trip duplication already exists! Just tap and hold on any past trip and you'll see the option to duplicate it for your next one. That may solve your issue, but we will think about creating actual templates in your account. Good idea! As for notifications — totally hear you, and it's on our radar. Getting it right requires a deeper Apple Push Notification integration, so we want to do it properly rather than rush it. Stay tuned! Hope the next trip is even better. Fairways and greens 🤙
An essential golf trip app
Used the app for a bachelor party and it was a clean and easy way to track itineraries as well as performance on the course to avoid any manual reconciliation at the end of the weekend. Highly recommend

Love this app. Simple, clean UI eliminates the burden for a trip organized or Type A friend to handle everything. I used this to organize a bachelor party for 15 guys and it did it all.

Game changer for golf trip planners
This app is so thought out and organized in all the ways you would organize a golf trip yourself on your group trip excel sheet. No more screenshotting random details and sending texts to everyone over and over. A perfect hub to store all the information at your fingertips and get the whole crew hyped!! Love the note on the weather widget describing what kind of golf conditions you should expect. Even down to the media tab for all those shared you tube links and articles that get passed around the group before the trip… Honestly, can’t say enough good things. The developer truly thought of everything in this app.
