This update is all about getting the money, miles, and schedule details exactly right. • Request Payment now collects to YOU. Add your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle handles in Settings → Payment Handles, and every payment link sends money to you instead of the client. • "Save Trip Anyway" finally saves. Short or weak-GPS trips you choose to keep are now actually recorded, and end-of-day trip notifications no longer claim a trip was saved when it wasn't. • Smarter, more honest invoices. PDFs and receipts now show partial payments, sales tax, and the true balance due. Marking invoices paid (including in bulk) records the payment correctly, and un-marking restores the real balance. • Overdue list fixes. Every overdue horse now shows up — no more hidden horses — sorted by most overdue first, and horses that already have an upcoming appointment won't nag you to reschedule. • Recurring visits roll forward whether you tap "Done" on the schedule or log the visit through the full form. • Edit past visits. Swipe a service-history entry to correct its price or notes; linked unpaid invoices update automatically. • Cleaner everywhere: tap a recent supply cost on the dashboard to edit it, add a barn/stable name to clients, more reliable calendar sync, accurate mileage deduction totals, and improved search (find horses, service names, and more).
