This app used to be great but no longer seems to be working near UIUC. From the update history it looks like the developers have given up on this app. Shame since this app saved me so much money over the past years

Doesn’t work anymore
I’ve used this app for several years and it has been great as it saves me money on takeout which is nice as a college student. A few days ago I tried using it again, but the deals wouldn’t load so I thought nothing of it assuming it was a problem with my phone. I tired the app again today and encountered the same problem. So, I tried uninstalling and redownloading Hooked. As other reviews have mentioned, I’m not able to login, nor create a new account rendering the app useless.

App not opening
Which is crazy because I just a email telling me my subscription is up for renew. Which makes me thinks about how my phone crashed and had to redownload the apps and went to open the app and it’s not available anymore after I paid for that month. Need to fix things like this that affects the consumers and the companies walk away with everyone’s money. Just a thought

App doesn’t work
I’ve redownloaded the app 4 times and it just doesn’t work. I can’t sign in I can’t create a new account. It’s like the buttons just don’t work. I’m sure it would be a great app if I could actually use it.

Decent App, Crap Support
The app is great and does exactly what it says.
Support team actively maintaining restaurants on the app that want to be off it, advertising deals the restaurants are no longer authorizing. Know one that’s been contacting them for months, and never get a response. Meanwhile customers order ahead then get angry at checkout because these unauthorized coupons are still being advertised. Pretty crappy way to run your app based business

Very few options in town
Since pandemic there are very few options, the one that I used are disappeared.
Terrible
App never loads places with deals and most recently wouldn’t even let me long in. I have had this app over a year and it functions only about 20% of the time.
