Hooks4Change

Hooks for Change is an innovative app aimed at providing comprehensive services to Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) young people in Nottingham. Our app will serve as a centralized platform, offering a wide range of services not only from our organization but also from other service providers in the city. Our goal is to address the unique needs of BAME youth and empower them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
