If you cant scan properly then at least let us alter the record. This app is a BS.

I can’t open most of the content on the hotel’s page. The pages just freeze…

Ich sehe keinen Vorteil gegenüber einem Schlüssel. Der Schlüssel funktioniert immer aber die App leiderer nur in 50% der Versuche. Handy muss nach dem Absturz neu gestartet werden, sehr ärgerlich und zeitaufwändig

L’application fonctionne très bien je ne comprends pas les mauvaises critiques certes cela dure longtemps à se connecter plus vous êtes nombreux plus ça dure du temps mais sinon rien à dire . L’application fonctionne très bien, c’est génial.Super futuriste 🙌
Worst app ever and does not work.
App simply freezes or does not work to the point I couldn’t check in or enter my AirBnb multiple times. Any hosts using this app should explore alternatives due to the inconvenience

Passport scanning doesn’t seem to work, info pages are empty
My Airbnb host in Spain required me to use this app, but agree with other reviews experience- the app is truly awful to use. Scanned three passports but it made me re enter all info from two of them manually anyway. OCR and especially passport form recognition is a solved problem in computer science so really unclear why a modern app can get it so wrong.

Doesn’t work
Currently locked outside my hotel room. The app cheerily tells me the door is unlocked, the locked door suggests otherwise.

I don’t write many app reviews, but I haven’t used an app this bad for a long time.
On an iPhone 12 the passport scan doesn’t work, I managed to use the id scan instead. Took ages to enter the nationality as the drop down list has just shot every country in the world, but isn’t in alphabetical order!
I only have 3 people travelling but it is asking for 4 sets of ids, and there is no way to complete the check in without 4 ids.

The App is total rubbish, can not readout correctly datas from passport, no informations how the data’s will be handled
Works as advertised
I used this app to get in to an apt (similar to airbnb). I registered using my id and a photo, host sent me an invite code, and then entrance to the property was flawless. No issues whatsoever. Would use again.
Slow and doesn’t work
The app is slow and only works when the wifi is on in the house, and the wifi kept turning off so we was locked at the house a number of times.

Excelente app muy intuitiva que te facilita el check-in a cualquier hora, hay que estar atento a los pasos y tened en cuenta que pide el check-in de todos los huéspedes como haría un hotel y no tendréis ningún problema para acceder por tu cuenta al apartamento a cualquier hora.
Better than expected
I wa intimidated by the reviews but the app went way smoother for me than it did for the other reviewers. And day to day it was perfect for accessing the apartment.
