Please, please fix the crashing update, I much preferred the previous version where I could read books.

The best library app ever.
Was paying for audible then changed to Libby then changed to hoopla hoopla is by far the best. You get like 15 titles a month I love you hoopla chefs kiss
Basically broken
The idea of this app is great. The execution is garbage. If you ever have to take a break from your book you’ll come back to find it’s reset to the first page. The search for word function doesn’t actually seem to do anything so you won’t be able to find your place that way either. Frequently it even freezes on that first page and won’t let you turn it.

FIX THE PROBLEM
app has worked just fine all week. All year. All of a sudden it won’t even open on my phone. Why is there no place to report a bug?!?

Better than our library app!
I love that there’s no wait limit on most of the audiobooks I need. Has a better selection of classics in audiobook form. It’s my go-to over our public library app.

Was a good book. Kept my interesting the series. Seemed to long in parts.
Hoopla app no longer works
The app immediately crashes when I try to open it on my iPhone. Completely useless. Before the last update I could still read a book, but it would go to some random page upon opening and I’d have to go look for the spot where I left off. But now? It just crashes. HELP!!!

Not working
Since the latest update I have not been able to open the app. I select it and it immediately crashes. I have been waiting for an update to fix this. Nothing yet.
Last update made the app inoperable.
Since the last update the app won’t open. I emailed the developers but not his been fixed. My borrows are being wasted!
