I absolutely love this app and want to use it more but I don’t have anymore free games and can’t purchase the subscription. I’d love to use this to track my teams stats and wish I could buy more games or subscribe. Please reactivate people!!!

The app is not allowing anyone to purchase new subscription or cancel an existing one. However, it is still charging you for you recurring subscription with no way to cancel.
Won’t let you cancel
This app does not work and they will not let you cancel your account. There is no one to call and nothing in the app help wise works. I have been charged for months with no resolution. Waiting on Apple themselves to help.

App crashes
I like the app but it constantly crashes. I keep stats for a high level varsity HS basketball team and have lost all the stats 3 games in a row now from the app crashing using 2 different iPads. I will have to try something else moving forward.
Horrible Customer Service
Been using this app going on 3 years. Can’t get anyone to call or email me back. Can’t get a receipt for what I’ve paid, impossible to cancel my account. It’s ridiculous.
Multiple charges
I have been charged multiple times and when I try to get it fixed there’s always an error on message. I have not been contacted or refunded any of the charges
Good for CYO
I've tried this app to keep score like points, rebounds, and assists. With this app, I'm able to do it with no spread sheet! I thought it was all free, but the limit on games was a small hassle about this. But, the demo always is there to help as an assist anyways; it does the job right always.

We have emailed and called to cancel and get no reply they keep charging my bank account 17.50 a month!!!!!
Terrible customer support
Purchased the app, paid for the subscription, they suspended my account, no explanation whatsoever, I have left several emails, chat support won’t let me message them and they don’t answer phone calls. 4 months later they still have the audacity to keep billing my card. Apple should remove them from the store.

Difficult to edit
This is far more complex then it needs to be. Requires far more information then I have/need at the U12 level. I’m just trying to track easy stats for my team. I selected 7 stats, the tracker shows 8 stats and missing one that I selected.
Glitches
The look and potential is there. But it is very difficult to use both on the coach and fan end. I have yet to see stats as a fan, and we have had to start over because of lost rosters more than once in 6 games so far this year.
Scam. Don’t waste money
The demo is great. Then you log in and the bugs kick in. Customer service is absent. They took my money and I got nothing from it. Do not waste you money!
Scam app
Paid $99 dollars for full version but I can’t verify my account through the app or on there website, it just shows a refreshing image. There live 24/7 chat that comes with the paid subscription doesn’t work. Now I have no way of getting a refund or talking to any one! Do not waste your time this is a complete scam.

Glitches
It’s incredibly glitchy. The entire game I tried to do stats and throughout the game it would sometimes just close the app for no reason. I want a refund.
