Hi, we’re sorry you were disappointed with your experience. Our team did provide support throughout your trial and assisted with your cancellation request. The refund request came after the trial period had ended and the subscription had already been processed, so it was handled according to the terms accepted at signup. We understand that was frustrating. We’re continuing to improve Hooptie and appreciate the feedback.
