It used to work great but for some reason it keeps disconnecting from the app I always have to click reconnect every time

I’m amazed that I actually was able to get my trash picked Hoover “React” to interact with your app (version 2.6) by flashing it’s headlights three times. But I can’t register without the original purchase info. You need to…
1…Allow subsequent owners to register, but inform them that the warranty is void
2…Print “serial number“ or “S/N“ followed by the number itself on the VIN (Vacuum identification number) sticker
3…And since you benefit from knowing the warranty is void on that particular machine, you don’t need to know my name or home address, only my email (or phone if I wish texts instead) so that you can still send me “tips, offers, and more.”

I just got this vacuum and I love it. I have 3 dogs and it does an excellent job
App doesn’t even work!
I’ve downloaded this app and deleted and downloaded again just to make sure it might have a fluke going on. Nope this app won’t even open.
