Contest looks like a scam

Downloaded the app, which seems to work. I usually appreciate Hoover content, so I'm looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the link they give you to register for the drawing doesn't work. Neither did a few variations of the address. I ended up in loops. Annoying, though.
