Pas de notifications ni de support
Ma compagnie de location a récemment changé pour cette application pour les communications.
J'en suis très déçue. Je ne reçois aucune notification lorsqu'il y a une publication ou une annonce (mes notifications sont bien activées). Je ne sais pas qui contacter pour ce problème avec l'application.
Au départ, je n'étais pas capable de vérifier mon compte. Après avoir essayé de contacter le support de l'application, ces derniers m'ont demandé mon nom et ne me sont jamais revenu avec la solution.

Badges the icon with notifications when everything is read
Frustrating to see the icon get badges and having no way of clearing it.

Update: 2 ans plus tard, toujours la même chose! 2,8 étoiles ? C’est 56% ! Votre application est nulle. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi mon propriétaire continue de l’utiliser. RIEN ne marche. Je continue d’avoir une alerte disant que j’ai un message. Je n’en ai pas ! Quand j’entre sur l’application, on me signale 4 messages non lus. Ils le sont ! Votre dernière mise à jour ? Un icône pour voir des pubs de produits pharmaceutiques. Vous vous moquez de qui ?????

Having problem with iPhone 8

I don’t think there’s been a week where I didn’t either have to reset password or reinstall the app to make it work, lost complete access it’s been 2 weeks now as the app no longer sends password reset instructions on my one and only registered phone number/email address. The bugs on this app are horrible, I know you’re trying to do your best but if I’m being completely honest, very poor experience since i have been using overall.

Not able to use
I’m not able to use it. I put the code that was sent to my email. But none of the code worked…I tried 5 times with 5 codes.
It wont let me sign up
It keeps telling me there is an error on your side of the app. I don’t understand and i need to sign up in order to use the condo services . Help me

This is probably the worst app I have ever seen. The amount of bugs is insane. I feel like with every new update it gets worse.

Blank screen
The app doesn’t load at all. I just get a blank white screen when opening the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. Restarted my phone too. -iPhone Xs
will not accept
I am trying to confirm for today's and tomorrow's date and time but when I click "confirm" nothing happens....
Can’t load any PDF doc anymore!
Since the app changed to the new interface, all those linked pdfs don’t work anymore. Can’t open any of those pdfs.

Depuis le changement de l’interface, je trouve difficile de retrouver les informations que je cherche. Dans l’ancien interface tout était facile à retrouver et était plus esthétique. Maintenant, j’ai l’impression que tout est pêle-mêle.
Useless
The app shows a blank screen after entering email or phone. Unusable. Delete and reinstall does not help.
Svp faites une mise à jour
Elle ne fonctionne plus correctement, on ne reçoit plus les notifications sur IPhone, faudrait mettre à jour manuellement à chaque fois qu’on ouvre l’application, c’est décevant. Une mise à jour requise svp
Booking amenities does not work
Since last update above 3 weeks ago, amenities cannot be booked, how is this possible that you have an issue for 3 weeks and do not fix it or at least upload the last version in the App Store?!

So weird the new version could not book Amenities, something wrong with the app!

They never clear, and notification options for the app are missing in the iPhone settings!

Keeps on crashing, lots of bugs. My Account is now unavailable for some reason. Avoid this app
Problems with notifications
I have been using this app for some time and it fails to update messages from my building manager and same problem as another person the notifications always has a red 1 but when I look there is no notification. Seems like the app is glitchy and needs an update as there are several technical problems with the app.
