Iphone App cant login
Cant login if using iphone,kindly fix the bug

I keep putting my phone number in and it tells me invalid. It’s pisses me off it’s the only mobile number I have!! I want a refund because I can’t use this camera!!

而且各种诱导开云空间套餐，摄像头不支持nas，4g功能在国外不能用，一旦没网，电池没电时间就没法校准，垃圾东西
Waste of time and money
Devices (x’4) constantly drop offline and will not reset. Tried customer service and continuously get messages that they are busy and will get back to you in 24/48 hours. Still waiting for them to answer my questions they also want to bill you every 7 days for each camera in service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SERVICE!!!

Says to turn on with a picture showing on/off switch, well there is no on/off switch for starters. I’ve heard a siren once and it never worked after that no matter what I tried. Do not recommend!!!

更新完還是爛
原本每次打開都要延遲一會兒，希望可以修復也沒有，現在更新完直接整個程式卡頓運行更久，再不好好經營修復問題，真的建議大家買別的牌子的，都不要用了。

於視訊通話時無法將畫面放大，僅可於監視時縮放。造成硬體上可執行，軟體上卻沒跟上來。另外發現聲音傳輸穩定度似乎不足，因為連續用兩種監視器同一個軟體，都有一樣的問題
