Bill Pay
It is very hard to get in bill pay and now I can only use my phone which is an iPhone. I don't like to use my phone because I can't see the screen very well. I have an iMac and an iPad and neither one will allow me to use Bill Pay I've called Bill Pay and tried to work through issues but they don't seem to think there is a problem.
I will try again when I can have the time but Hopewell needs to also address this issue. Maybe I should change credit unions as this really is an inconvenience for me. Anita Bare

Annoying
It is very annoying that every other app on the iPhone saves my password, but this app. To make matters worse I can’t remember that the stupid app is listed under netteller rather than hopewell FCU. The app asked if I wanted to use face-id. Well, of course I do to make it even more secure. Does my password auto fill the blank... NOPE!
Another annoying issue is once I finally get into the app I want view a historical graph of my balance. I choose the number of months or days and I get a popup asking which am i selecting. I chose 6mo dangit.
Also, when in the graphs I tap at the top to change to expense graph and yet I get another popup asking if I want expense or balance. Say what... I just tapped expense didn’t I.

Perfect until now
App always worked perfectly until today. Now it won’t even let me log in and is saying “request limit reached” I don’t know what that means. My husband had no problem logging in.

Excellent service, easy options
We just switched banks not long ago and have found Hopewell to be very customer service oriented, they listen and answer questions, they treat us like friends. They have patiently explained options for various things we can do as far as investments, loans, savings accounts for children, etc. We can count on them to think about our needs first!

I love the app but I wish there was a way to make deposits.
Clean & Efficient
Simplistic layout. This app worked flawlessly on my Droid and is just as efficient on my iPhone. I’ve never had it glitch, and functions are easily accessible. Love the ease of transferring money from one account to another!

I can quickly check balances as well as transfer funds. So much better than going to site via browser!

Very convenient app and the newest update is great. Easy to control or keep track of your accounts. I really like the fingerprint security sign on too.

Hope we'll On-Line App
Very easy to use app, user friendly and gets you the info you need quit easily. I use this app several times a week and it never crashes. It would be nice to write and send a check straight from the app or better yet take check deposits with a simple pic of the check. This would be very helpful and save me many trips to "Shared" credit unions around the state.
