Too intense for me
But if you’re into crazy difficult games that make you want to smash your phone when you almost make it to the end of a level and then make a stupid move and lose, then you’ll probably like this game.
GREAT GAME!
!
No problems, nothing. VERY FUN!!!!

Absolute quality hardcore game
A true hardcore game, I’m hooked, can’t stop playing, LOVE and hate it at the same time, lol. Classic music too. Not for the light hearted. True hardcore game, tons of levels, hours of play. Super! I’m now a Laser Dog fan.
HoPiko
HoPiko is one of my favorite games. Not only is it super addicting, but the levels are masterfully crafter, the music is top-notch, and the graphics are superb. And, thankfully, thankfully no ads, because ads ruin every game that they touch!
Love this game but won’t work on my iPhone X
I’ve played this game for a long time on my 6s and I’ve recently upgraded to the iPhone X every time I try to load the game it goes to the screen where it tells you to play with headphones then goes to a black screen and just stays like that.
Classic Music
Although this game is very fast paced and very fun, you can’t deny the fact the game is even more fun when there’s that background epic music playing. With the recent update the music had a remastered version, though I enjoy the new songs, I would like to see a setting where you can select classic music. Despite my complain, This game is very unique indeed and it’s so much fun to play in almost everywhere. I sure hope I get to select classic music once again because these songs hold a special place in my gaming.

Blank screen only
Bought to play on a long plane ride. Instead it gets stuck on a black screen. Not sure what the deal is. iPhone 6
Response from developer
So sorry about this. We've just updated the game to fix this issue. Thanks for playing :)
Dang
A friend showed me this game and how fun he thought it was, I too thought it was a great game. Unfortunately, I for some reason cannot download it AT ALL on my own device.
Fun, but too frenetic
The concept is good and the game is fun to play, but the difficulty ramp is way too steep from stage 1 to stage 2. Case in point, the first couple jumps in 2-1 are borderline impossible, and there are still 4 levels after that.
Secondly, there are still too many screen flashes when the "screen flashes" setting is turned off. It's especially bad when you have to restart levels so frequently because of the difficulty.
Third, having to beat 5 levels in a row to advance is fine on easier stages, but gets old very quickly in stage 2 when the difficulty spikes. So much of the game relies on precise timing and muscle memory, but it's unnecessarily hard to practice later levels in a set when it takes so many tries just to reach them between runs. A practice mode would solve this problem, allowing players to become good at levels individually, but still requiring all 5 to be completed in one go to advance.
Ultimately it still has a lot of potential, but slowing it down over all would broaden the audience. The levels are complicated enough to still be difficult while not requiring absolute perfection just to advance. Unfortunately, the extreme difficulty and nauseating screen flashes hold back what could be a great title.

Amazing Game
I love this game and think it is at it's fullest potential. If you saw comments saying that the levels in stage 2 were hard I beat them and I'm not a extremely good gamer. And if you think stage 2 was hard I'm on stage 3 and it has a flying virus that chases you! There are 5 worlds and 2 bonus levels for each world. Each world has 10 levels, each level has 5 stages. If you die in the middle of a level you will be sent back to stage 1 of that level. I love this game and highly recommend it.

Great! 👍🏻(Read all)
This game is really great. 8bit graphics, Great music, but when you play through those levels, you want to make your own. I mean, who doesn't like to play their friend's levels? It'll boost your sales, and people will love it. Also, have a feature where you can just tap to go somewhere. It's kind of hard to drag in a wide area if you're on an iPhone with a small screen. Great game, Just needs Level editor, different controls, WHAT DOES HQ MEAN???, achievements, multiplayer, I could keep on listing. What I'm trying to say is, this game has a lot (LOT) of potential. This is worth the money. (Make portals)

Its fun until you get to stage 2.
Stage 1 was a little hard but fun. But when you get to stage 2 is when the game reveals its flaws to you like already mentioned. It's so hard to ace any level that I stopped caring about acing anything. Often when you swipe at an angle that is suppose to get you to the next platform, your character decides to fly at a complete different angle which is frustrating and a little stressful. But the maximum stress comes in when you complete a really hard round after many fails, and then the next round is even harder, then you fail epically in that harder round THEN you are forced to redo the ENTIRE LEVEL AGAIN!! Including that first hard round with absolutely no way to skip a round.....I am now officially against this concept. So whatever game that has this system instant denial from me. That is excruciating stressful, and I'm trying to avoid stressful games right now. Love the tracks though lol.

Hours and hours of gameplay
I got it when it was the featured free app, but if you're considering buying it, you don't have to worry about the amount of content not being worth the money as there are a lot of levels (there are five stages, each stage has ten runs, each run has five different levels within it, and there are two bonus games you can unlock with each stage). And it's definitely not easy, so prepare to die over and over. You must get through the five levels within each run without dying, or you have to start the run all over again, which makes it both thrilling and frustrating. Sometimes you have to move super fast, or new obstacles are introduced without explanation, which also requires dying and learning from your mistakes. If a run is difficult, you just have to play it over and over and you'll eventually get better at it. I had some problems with the character not moving in the direction I swiped, but that was only a few of the levels. It can be hard on the levels where it's zoomed out and hard to see the character. I love the variety of color designs for the runs, the replay video feature (which is very helpful in figuring out a level, or just to review your awesome skills), and the bonus level you get from collecting all the gameboys (wish they were easier to unlock!).

High speed low drag
Bringing back a lil nostalgia with the 8bit graphics for the older kids. What's nice is that you might be able to beat a level, but did you master it? The levels are timed and the challenge is getting the times down of how long it takes to complete them. Pretty simple, in graphics, and gameplay, but definitely a nice game to fill in the time riding the bus, the elevator, or while the old lady is beaching at ya. It's helped me cut down on my drinking too!

Really Fun
I looked at a bunch of other reviews for this game but barely any of the bad ones seem logical. Ive seen one where the person said it gets bad finger tracking. Thats not the games fault (as 90% have not had this issue) it is a problem with your phone. Ive seen one where they gave it a 2 star because they got a headache. Yes i did not mis-type, a headache made this person give it a 2 star. Im confused when people say they deleted the game because they died at the 5th stage and they had to restart, the stages take literally 3 seconds so it would take 15 seconds to get back to stage 5 :/ Each level contains 5 stages. Its not a bad game, its all opinion based, I personally enjoy games like these(quick reaction times, planning on where to jump and when), hence the 5 star, but i understand if its not some peoples cup of tea.

Okay till Stage 2
Stage 1 was fun enough, but Stage 2 quickly starts revealing some of the bad control issues. I'm playing on a 6S, and early levels require you to make incredibly quick and precise swipes in rapid succession, but the game often screws up the angle of the swipes.
I can see where my thumb is pressed and moving by the dot it draws on the screen, but the angle the character flies is often completely different than where my thumb was tracking. This is especially frustrating if you get to the fifth part of a level, die because of this issue, and have to start all over again.
Similarly, there are some levels where you simply have to know exactly how and where to jump as soon as the level starts, but there's a slight delay between the level loading and when your character will actually respond to inputs. It's not totally game breaking but extremely annoying in some levels.
The difficulty ramp in Stage 1 was great, but Stage 2 levels start forcing you to simply have played them before in order memorize them to actually succeed, which feels artificially challenging.
Good concept, fun graphics, initial gameplay is fun, but degrades into something that's more frustrating than fun.

I don't normally enjoy mobile games
I don't normally enjoy mobile games, but this one is exceptional.
It has a fantastic soundtrack( with a high quality option!), great art direction, and fun platforming gameplay.
Though if I had more time I could definitely see me finishing this quicker, I can't help but feel that they made the game unnecessarily difficult for the sake of elongating the gameplay experience.
Basically, every 5 levels, the game saves. Otherwise, if you die, you are forced to try to be those same 5 levels again, rather than one at a time. This alone is frustrating, and makes this a game to only be played at times when one can afford to be angry in public.
The game however is a lot of fun, and introduces new challenges and surprising quicker than you might expect, keeping it fun and fresh.
I recommend this to hardcore gamers who are looking to play a mobile game that has the design quality of a traditional game.
Side note: for some reason this app ate 80MB of data. I have no clue how/why it did this. Nevertheless I have disabled data for it. Could be a bug.

Chip tunes and Frantic Platforming 🍻 (BUG FIX 👇)
With the bevy of extra levels you can only unlock through completing level objectives, this game really brings out my inner completionist! Usually I don't try to beat previous times in games, but considering you have to play every level out of five over and over again till you beat em' all without dying, you really want to beat it faster! Anyways the music is great. And buy this game!
Level 2-6 currently freezes on the transition to the next level, making just that level unplayable!

Killer solid Platformer
If you like hard games and the reward that comes from practicing 5 stages for 30 minutes to lock it in, this is the game for you. One thing I'd suggest to the developers is to start the timer and the motion in the level after the first gesture as opposed to some arbitrary point once it loads in. Some frustrating attempts were ruined because I couldn't move when I wanted to because it loaded in a second longer or I wasted precious seconds waiting to be sure it loaded fully

Awesome original game!
Very fun fast paced original game concept! As for "Pumpernickled" (previous comment) are you really that much of a dingaling? It shows you the controls at the beginning of the first level for crying out loud! You're not supposed to "tap where u want the character to go" instead you hold and drag which will make an arrow appear by your player, if you love your finger the arrow will move showing you the direction in which your character will jump. You CAN just tap but that makes the dude jump straight. (It also shows you this before a later level)... Not rocket science bro!
