Nice and fast app, small UI problem
When I finish a train ride, the X mark, I need to press to close the window is tiny and in the corner, even though it’s the natural thing for me to do after swiping out of the train station. You should really make it bigger and prominent and not something small in the corner like the click, you need to close an ad!

I downloaded the app and it didn’t work so after I tried to delete it it didn’t work 😡😡😡😡😡🤬

3 ads just today. They say that adds decrease as usage of the app increases but it’s not true. Just give me an option to remove adds for a fee! I can’t stand adds. Moving to another platform

Almost as bad as movit
Ads ads ads. They appear always at the wrong time when I’m trying to scan. I use the app everyday and still get bombarded. Why not just charge for the app and get rid of the stupid ads? Ready to go back to physical card because of it.

Best part is that it doesn’t bombard you with ads (for now) like the move-it app.

בתור מי שהחלה לאחרונה להתנייד שוב באוטובוסים אחרי שנים שלא, לקח לי שנייה וחצי להתאפס על האפליקציה והשימוש בה וזה ממש משנה חיים ונוח בטירוף. עובד יפה ואין תקלות עד כה. אחלה דבר.
Be careful of the QR stickers on buses’ windows and exterior.
They often don’t match your trip. Be prepared to edit your route and/or your direction.

My only complaint is with the Tel Aviv bus drivers that sometimes do not stop for passengers waiting at the stations.
One has to flag them down or they just whoosh through the station.

I am trying to use my overseas mobile number, which seems possible by choosing the country of origin, yet I did not get the SMS promised
My experience with Hop On
I like it because it’s easy to use . I am using in all public transportation, buses light rail and Rail . So far it worked smoothly. Strongly recommended.
Best app for public transport
This app has really improved in the past few years! Now it’s great, very simple and understandable design language, and it is a single purpose app (as it should be!). Unlike Moovit which requires 5mins of app/ad navigation every time you board a bus, HopOn just loads directly onto the QR scanner - right where you need it !

Great UI
Very clean looking app, very helpful getting around, very accurate bus information, I tell all my friends about it, really have a positive experience all together.
