App down
I was really looking forward to using this app for my upcoming travels but the service is temporarily down and I cannot use the app at all anymore. Any help would be great. Even the support features on the app don’t work anymore and lead you to contact an email address that does not exist.

No app support
I was really liking the app, but half way through my trip, I couldn’t get logged in. I have been trying to get support for this, and have had no responses. Very disappointed that I will lose all of my info that I have input so far.
Great Interface
This is definitely a helpful app. But I must say, it crashes a lot. Which is annoying.
Connecting
I use HopTail to log my travels in a coherent way and enjoy sharing them with others. I do wish that when I like someone’s trip, a tiny heart would appear on their trip in my gallery to remind me I’ve already seen it.
Great app with some room to improve
It’s easy to use and a lot of automatic features. However If you save most your photos in computer or google then it will be difficult because it can only upload photos from your phone.

Will use for all vacations
Such a great way to plan itineraries without toggling between 15 different sets of applications. Love this! Used for our trip to portugal and will definitely use for other trips as well.

Super useful for travelers!
I travel a lot and do a lot of research for my destinations to ensure I optimize my experience there, but when I look back at photos or people ask me awhile later for recommendations, it’s hard to remember. Hoptale is the perfect travel diary for me to document my trips and memories, and also to share them with people. It’s also great for browsing other travelers’ itineraries while trip planning! With a slick UI it is easy to use and a must have for any explorer!

Since I love traveling and taking photos of the journey to record where I have been (from the stopovers to restaurants to BnB)
or what route I took either road trips or flights, this app is so convenient and super user friendly which I can save lots of time loading, arranging photos, in a jiffy.

Cool app
It’s pretty neat how easy it is to look at awesome travel itineraries. It helped me plan my trip to Olympic National Park and gave me some places I wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The pictures are beautiful which makes this much better than TripAdvisor!
Simple and easy way to share!
Selecting the photos and jotting down some details are all you have to do. The time stamps and geo location synch really help to recreate the actual itinerary we experienced. Great way to remember and share trips and sites with others!
Must have for travel
Love using this app to share photos from my trips and to share tips with my friends. Beautiful to look at and easy to use. Thumbs up.

Great user interface, easy to use, and best app I’ve seen to memorialize and tell a great story about travels and vacation experiences.
the app i didn’t know i needed
just to put it out there: i’m not a travel influencer. i don’t really even travel that much. i never searched for “travel journal app” on the app store. but after trying out the app at a friend’s recommendation, i realized that i never knew how much i needed this app.
i really just took it as fact that i had a bunch of unorganized travel photos on my camera roll that i’d have to scroll through the entirety of (especially after being buried in a gazillion more photos a few months after the fact) to find so i could show off my trip to others. i also found myself struggling to recount the activities that i did during the trip a year later, but i found myself being okay with just having the vague outlines of my experiences. i definitely wasn’t satisfied with this, but i was complacent.
but oh my gosh, this app really changes the way i remember my travels. like,, i can make a trip and then simply open the app and click on it later when i want to show someone how cool san francisco was? or recommend that ice cream stand in maine where i had the MOST DELICIOUS mint chocolate chip cone of my life during summer vacation, but whose name has slipped my mind? or i can just reread my journal entries from my trip to nyc to relive how amazed i was to be in the city of lights? these are all things i can do with hoptale, and i just find that so fricking cool!!
tl;dr: this app isn’t just for the travel influencers/bloggers out there; it’s really for anyone with a beating heart that even just travels once in a blue moon.

Unique app
This is is so awesome. I have been looking for a trip journal that does a bit more. Not only does it allow me to keep a detailed journal of my trip it shows me pictures, places and itinerary’s of people that have similar interests to me. Much better than trip advisor since It is very personalized and I don’t have to sort thru a bunch of useless posts. The best part of Hoptale is that it allows me to continually update my bucket list of places to visit and eat which gets longer every day:). I can’t wait to detail my trip to Spain.
