I have asked a question and then they take the payment from me and then you ask question again n they ask you for payment so then I complained through email and they refunded me back 10times but sometimes they don’t give u a free question and they don’t answer to ur email for a week n by then you forget what to ask, it was never like this but idk what has happend to the app and the replies are also very vague
