Hora.mn

Hora brings the everyday work of an HR department into one place: attendance, leave, tasks, payroll and internal communication, for the whole company. ATTENDANCE THAT FITS YOUR OFFICE Clock in and out from your phone. Location-based check-in confirms you are at the workplace, and QR codes cover shared entrances and sites without fixed desks. Every day is recorded with arrival time, hours worked and remaining hours, and the monthly calendar shows the full history at a glance. LEAVE AND OVERTIME Request time off or log overtime in a few taps. Requests reach the right approver, and the outcome appears in the app, so nobody has to chase a paper form or a message thread. TASKS AND PROJECTS Keep assignments visible with a personal task list and a shared board. Each task carries an owner, a due date and a status, so it is clear what is in progress, what is waiting for review and what is done. PAYROLL View your payslips on your phone whenever you need them, without asking the finance team for a copy. COMPANY NEWS An internal feed for announcements, with departments and categories, likes and comments, so important updates reach everyone instead of scattering across chat groups. BUILT-IN MESSAGING Direct and group chats for colleagues, with voice messages and file attachments, and notifications that let you know when something needs your attention. FOR ORGANISATIONS Hora is intended for companies that manage their staff records in one system. Your administrator creates the accounts and decides what each role can see.
