I miss my pending deposits… I used to be able to see my paycheck pending the day before, it was nice to know that information

Can’t see pending charges
The new app is great. It is a lot more user friendly. However, you can no longer see pending transactions. I know many who use those pending transactions to help budget
Why did they update the app
I don’t know why they would completely change the app even though it was just fine before, it no longer has face id and it won’t let me sign in and makes me change the password anytime I want to use it and it’s a pain every single time, I cannot wait to switch banks

Poor app
Can’t use Face ID as every other time it locks you out and constantly wants you update the ID. System does not log you out, even though you get a response back that you were logged out. So, next time you go in it blocks you saying you haven’t logged out. Very frustrating!

Forces me to change my password every other time I use the app. Then it locks me out of my own account when I try logging back j with my new password. Then it makes me jump through hoops to reset the password that it just forced me to change a minute before?!

Doesnt update you balance over the weekend, doesnt let you log in 50% of the time. Finger print id will bug out and lock you of your account.

The newest update made the graphic look bad, I cannot see the whole numbers for the amounts of my transactions.
App won't let you log in
80% Of the time the app won't let you login. It's just frozen on the main screen. With no options to select or the ability to login.
Markesan State Bank Was Better
Switched to Horicon Bank after they bought out MSB and I have to say this app is terrible. It works only a fraction of the time and when it does work it’s extremely slow. MSB has an app that at least worked.
Works Maybe 1% of the time
Terrible app. Very rarely works. Times out constantly. Doesn’t log in part of the time. Virtually useless.
