Kayla (teller in Superior) is the best employee I have seen work in a bank in 30 years! She is kind, considerate, and has always been pleasant! I will keep banking there just because of her!

Love my small town branch bank. The manager in the Superior bank is such a friendly lady and the woman she hired when she took over the branch manager job is a very helpful and nice local woman. But I can’t say much about the younger lady that works at Horizon bank in Superior very rude and stand off. If I call to talk to the manager of the bank I don’t think it’s her business to know who is calling Shelly does not ask this is my only complaint.
