App never works. Always have to reset your password. Now we have captcha failed! Didn’t get a capture picture. When you reset your password the link doesn’t come to reset and their offices are closed on the weekends. No automated line and nobody answers.

Installed this app today because I needed to book a parking space. Tried to add my bank card as a payment method, and I got an error. Tried again, still got an error. 10 minutes later my bank gives me a notification that someione in Pontefract tried to debit my account to the tune of £900. New cards ordered.

Frustrating to use needs updating
Can’t even login into the app „Invalid Captcha response“… What Captcha, there’s nothing displayed???
Website itself is not much better, trying to pay for parking and gives only 2 locations nowhere near where I park? Other companies and their apps are flawless in comparison.

Keeps crushing
Whenever need to pay for car park app keeps crushing, login out and doesn’t let me login. Useless in most of the time
Can’t log in, no captcha
I updated the app. It’s telling me to log in again. When I try to log in it tells me it’s an invalid captcha but no captcha ever appears on screen to complete.

Horizon have recently taken over this car park. In a word … hopeless. App not working website worse and on site machine will not allow parking extension.

I always pay using the app usually after I leave so I pay for the correct amount of time. App broke and cannot log onto my account via app or website. Now I’m going fines to have 2 fines to pay

The most clumsy and hopeless app for signing up and signing in. Errors when you put in the correct password. App doesn’t send out password reset email either. Literally awful.

I had used this app once in Cardiff recently without an issue. Just made a 2nd attempt to use it in Cambridge and the app recognises I have an account but refuses to allow me to sign in.
Just realised, having paid at the machine, that I have made a mistake with a digit when inputting my reg.

Rubbish
Tried using app in Asda car park would only allow me to pay for 2hrs waste of time useless oh and the app doesn’t show you the parking rate
Use website instead
The prices are inflated on the app so it is cheaper to pay in person or use their website
Keyboard issues
Faulty bug still not working. The keypad on the iPhone won’t move to allow the enter button to be pressed to get past the authentication number. This is a known app issue and it doesn’t allow you to use the app to pay for parking. Funny how a low score record isn’t being posted!

Will they ever fix this. On the iPhone the keyboard covers the submit button so unless you mess about and go into accessibility features you cannot use the app. It should get zero stars and I wish companies like the coop would stop using Horizpn.

I have lots of parking apps but unfortunately one of the worst. Often doesn’t recognise login in details nor find the location where you park. Hopefully will find decent app developer.

App tried to take payment before taking vehicle details. Sat there and timed out. Just waiting to see if it’s taken payment! Deleted!

UX this bad could only be the result of the developers actively trying to frustrate users. I gave up trying to use the app and paid over the phone instead
