It’s a fantastic idea but lags
I really like the spirit of this app and want to get behind it. But I’m finding it’s been lagging and freezing a lot when trying to add products, the packaging and completing products. The only way to fix it is to force quit the app. It happens about half the time I’m using it I think.
Recycling app
A really great idea for an app. But it’s so buggy I can barely load it! When I have been able to load it, it recognised very few items. Hopefully this can be fixed as I would find the app really useful.

Decent but renders itself obsolete
It’s a good app and really helpful the first handful of times using it. But once you know the materials you can recycle, I found I didn’t need it any longer.

Lovely app to help me be a little more green.
Love the way this app works. I use a lot of plastic for my food shop and it feels good to know that I can make a small difference.
Doesn’t work with Scottish postcodes
I’ve tried a few different postcodes in different LAs but none of them worked. Even the manual selection wouldn’t let me pick the ones I’ve tried (Edinburgh, West Lothian or Moray).

Brilliant app, UI is broken though
The concept of the app is brilliant, I would love to be able to use it however everything is sort of off center. The whole UI is slightly to the right and on some menus you can’t scroll horizontally, for example on the home page the buttons at the bottom.
For reference, I’m an iPhone 11, I did also have the app on my iPhone 6 and that was fine but since moving to the iPhone 11 everything seems to be a little off.

Great app but some main features not working
I love this app and think it’s such a great idea, however when trying to add a new product or new packaging, the app just doesn’t want to save or let you add to how much you have recycled! Would be great to get a fix for this soon!
Nice idea but not accurate
I love the idea of this app but when scanning certain items I know (and have proof) my local recycling do, it tells me to throw them away! Not accurate or the point of the app! Also, when scanning glass, although I cannot put this in my recycle bin I do take it to a bottle bank but the app tells me to throw it away instead of encouraging people to use alternative recycling methods available to them! Please update!!

Amazing app
I love it! This is a cool way to recycle and it really helps me out! I highly recommend this app to those who want to recycle more but are unsure about how to go about it :)
Does not recognise Terracycle products
Suggests that many of the Terracycle recycling is recycled by the local council which is simply not true. Not very helpful....
Incredible Idea!
The app is so simple and easy to use. Everything you need is right where you expect it to be. The interface is modern and intuitive. This is honestly such a great idea to reduce waste! I literally tell everyone I meet about it! Thanks for the app! :)
Good idea but poor execution
I found this on tiktok and downloaded it as the idea is great. When I scanned the product it went through fine but it said my post code was invalid even though it was correct therefore making the app, for me, unusable. If the issue got rectified I’d happily change my review to 5 stars
Doesn’t recognise my or any postcode
I’ve just downloaded it and wanted to test it straight away then got prompted for my post code. I tried various versions of my postcode didn’t work. I even tried an old postcode and that didn’t work either. I’m sad, I was looking forward to this working.

This is such a simple and great idea for anyone confused about their local recycling rules. As someone who moves a lot I can never keep up to date with which council accepts which materials!
This app is still new but it deserves 5 stars as the general function seems to be working despite the minor errors. For example, I managed to add a second material to a biscuit packet after reloading the app, as it struggled to rescan the barcode two times in a row.
Overall I can see this app going far because of its efficient way of offering information and its rewarding way of encouraging further use with the points.

Won’t work
Can’t get it to work on my IPhone 6s runnng 14.3
I get 4 screens I can scroll through but can’t do anything else. Deleted it and downloaded again. Restarted my phone after deleting but still not working.

Brilliant Idea
A friend recommended the app, now I’ve told my whole family so we all have it! Brilliant concept and makes recycling so much easier and a fun way of doing it! We are just wondering what the coins/points are for?
