Game lagging a lot more than it used to

I remember around a year ago when I used to play the game it didn’t lag this much, another one of my friends who I got to play the game is having the same problem, was wondering if there’s any fixing this?

Glitching a lot

Idk maybe it’s just me but whenever I “steer” it starts to get really steppy and visually starts glitching to the point where it’s nearly impossible to control the ship, but great game nonetheless
