If you don’t referee or ump any games for some time they don’t give any warning before terminating your account and now I’m down 350$

When I open my personal schedule and try to view all associations, it boots me back to the Home Screen. Happens why I try to type something as well. Rather irritating

Works Great
The app works great, and so does the system itself. Some user experiences aren’t all that great. Going to directory then typing a name always brings you back to the home page on the first try. Other bugs like that happen occasionally.

Unusable on iPad
Update needed
App in serious need of updates, hasn’t been updated in over 2 years and doesn’t even open on iPad anymore. The website is fine except the huge banner about the app, which doesn’t work. Weird.
Maps
It’s very frustrating at the Google map links and never work properly, but it makes sense because Google maps never works properly. It would really be great if you guys could make this work with iPhone maps
Update the UI
Jesus Christ this thing is impossible to use! It was made In 2005 and I don’t think they have updated in since.
Lack of text messages from horizon
I am not getting text messages from horizon and I spoke to T-Mobile for 3 hours one night trying to get the fix the problem because of the horizon website saying to do that. After that time they said they aren’t receiving anything from horizon so there won’t be any texts. I have reached out to other umpires with different carriers and they have the same problem.

When i first got this game i cant even log in i do a random password and user all of the users i do says “invaild or error”
Apps ok but…
Getting lots of notifications for 1 unaccounted game and open the app and no games for me to pick for games.
Barely works
Can’t navigate the app well. When I go to do something with it, like send a message, I have to do it twice because it doesn’t work right the first time. The help and tech support literally don’t work, so I can never fix any problems.

Don’t like Version 1.4
I’m not happy with the new version. The interface is not very friendly to use on an iPhone. I had very few issues with the last version, but with this update, it is very difficult to utilize the availability calendar function.
Not only that, but the colors, and not very user-friendly. The last version was far better, functionally, and visually.
I hope they decide to rework this in the very near future.

Sorry you're not enjoying the new version as much as the last one. We're always aiming to make the app better for our users. Look out for our upcoming 1.4.8 release, which will introduce a dark theme option. Maybe that'll be a better fit for you. Stay tuned! 😊
New update is awful
Their head IT person must still be in kindergarten. The colors are awful. The lack of color contrast is unbearable and hard on the eyes. Please put it back to what it was a couple of weeks ago.

Update Creates Problems
The most recent updates now require that you use a laptop or desktop, neither of which I have. My iPad was fine before; why not now?
