Wow this is the worst!
Cannot even get through the app signup! “Working wheel” spins for microsecond and then does nothing. My internet is fine (def not the issue) and I followed the password limitations shown (8-15 characters etc), and entered that and my email twice. I work in web, this is not user error. Nothing worse than downloading an app, putting in your info, then getting nothing when you press the submit button. Closed app and tried again, same as before. Very very frustrating, listen to Hornets on Sirius and they had a cool offer I was excited to enter (app looked nice too!). #SAD!

Can’t connect to ticketmaster…
Love the app and also appreciate the new features to make the game-day arena experience more convenient but for some reason I can’t link my ticket master account to the app

Great App for Hornets fans
Really solid app for keeping up with the Hornets, but the Buzz City Rewards program is the real standout. You earn points just for checking in, watching videos, and doing stuff you’d normally do as a fan. I’ve already redeemed points for some cool gear. Super easy and actually fun. If you’re a Hornets fan, this app’s a no-brainer.

Great app for fans.
The app is incredibly useful for accessing game information. It’s also entertaining to use during timeouts and other downtime moments. The rewards program is fair, and there are a wide variety of redeemable items. Additionally, the app provides a wealth of team information and news, ensuring fans stay informed about the team’s activities. I particularly like using the widget to display point information and the game’s progress. The reminders are also very helpful in preventing me from missing the start of a game.

Buzz City Rewards is Incredible!
Out of all of the updates and advancements the app has undergone, the Buzz City Rewards is by far the BEST addition to the app! I am already a die hard Hornets fan and this app has me more engaged with the team than EVER! I just finished the first Live Event and even though the game was out of reach by the 4th quarter, earning points and competing with fellow Hornets fans kept me Locked IN for the entire contest! I can’t wait to get enough points to redeem for some great swag, or win a sweepstakes, or win an auction! Thanks Hornets for making this feature, it has really sparked some new LIFE into the fandom and is a huge hit!

New updates are great!
I like the interactive nature of the app with the up to date scoring and articles. Nice update to the pages and the new rewards system is a nice touch that keeps you using/exploring the app while keeping up with the new look Hornets!

My Tickets are not showing up in my app. when I click my ticket, I receive an error.

Do Hornets fans really care about having the Spectrum Center content combined with the Hornets content? No. These need to be separated as before.
