Disappointed with App Support
Iβve been a long time subscriber to H&R, first the print magazine and now the digital for a few years. Iβm frustrated with the digital app because several times now the Restore feature does not work and I can not access the newest editions. Most frustrating is the inability to contact support via phone. Trying to locate a phone number is nearly impossible and a waste of my time. Unfortunately my subscription just renewed otherwise I would give up and just go back to the print format. I will continue to trying to find a way to speak with a person, but will not likely renew the digital editions in the future.

Easy to use.
After a couple of technical issues, which were fixed quickly by the tech team. I am enjoying using this app. Easy to navigate around, simple to move from one page to the next and nice, easy to follow instructions.
Thanks for a great magazine.

So So
It's kinda educational :| and kind a stupid :(
Can't view issues
I have purchased a subscription, however each time I try to log in to view my issues, I am getting an "authentication failed" message. Is there a solution to this??
This App Stinks
The app doesn't work properly, when you click app support it sends you to an email address that doesn't work. The magazine can't help and apple can't help! Won't purchase another subscription from this company!! If I could give it negative stars I would
This is a great
I really like this. I just wish I could transfere my paper subscription over to just digital , instead of buying the same magazine
Purchase/auto-renew issue
I love the digital format, however...
I sure had to jump through hoops to get this via my iTunes account instead of charging my credit card. Then when I learned of the auto-renewal feature, it took some super sleuthing to find where to shut that feature off.
I'm not sure if this is a reflection of them magazine company, or the App Store, but either way it is Not.Cool.

Great read. No problems on my iPad or Kindle
I have been a reader for years. The magazine has kept up with the times and now I love having it digital so I don't have stacks of magazines to store.
It's a good read
Plenty of varied content, nicely edited, a decent magazine. And the iPad app works without a glitch too!
Horse
I'm hoping this will help me & my family learn about horses!
