I guess they are still underfunded

I tried two tests of this app and both failed to contact my designated person. I waited 5 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second time.

The response from 2 years ago must hold true. Underfunding must be hampering the functionality of this app. I will be looking elsewhere.

Had high hopes.

Downloaded and proceeded to go through the system until I let it send an emergency alert to my contact person and they NEVER received the alert !!! Very upsetting.
Don’t waste your time. Download Huufe instead their system works better. Now here’s hoping I get a refund!!

We have had a few problems in the past with this and we were a bit underfunded to keep the app working, though recently we’ve done lots of updates fixing bugs that the app has had. Doesn't work in U.S.

Bought this app but it doesn't work in the U.S. After I purchased it I saw a note at the very bottom saying it only works in the UK. My bad for not reading all the way down but they should have made that clearer

Great idea

Hope they get a USA version quick I could really use this app. Feel like a waste of money since I can't use it. Haven't found an equivalent yet.

Only if you live in the uk

This is only for uk ppl. It will not let you put in a USA number. Sounds like a good thing, but its a waste of $ for those that live in USA

Does not work correctly with I Phone

This app is a great idea and one that can be very helpful, however after I purchased the app and I found that it did not work I sent a message to support. I was then enformed that the current version only works in the UK on I Phones and the american can only send a e-mail and not the text like advertized. Maybe they will get this corrected.
