I paid for this app which I normally don’t do if I don’t recognize the developer and now I know why! Every time you open a video it crashes. How do I get refunded on this?

So I paid for the app, because it sounded really helpful! But I guess it was too good to be true, because as soon as you open the app an error message pops up and you can’t even go into the app! If this is just a temporary thing please fix it I would really like to use this app!
Don’t bother
The app sounds good until you pay for it and realize it won’t open!! As soon as you click on it an error message pops up.
App won’t work
Keep getting an error saying the app won’t work something about their account being suspended but it still charged $0.99.

App failed but still charge and took money
