no support for UTC only locations
really wish I had the ability to add UTC zulu as a reference time without having to pick a specific city

Not quite what I needed
Needs:
* 12hr/24hr time format toggle in settings (currently follows system settings)
* Time slider needs to do more.
- Current can only shift time up to 12 hrs in the future
- Plus or minus 12 hrs is what I need.
