They update this app constant and it get worse and worse
When connected, it puts you in drive mode when you’re not moving and it has my location and mileage wrong. When I disconnect, I can’t input correct mileage so it’s like a lose lose situation. While you guys can’t get it right
No sleeper berth option after last update.
For whatever reason you can't select sleeper berth. Good luck getting a hold of customer service.

Dont waste ur money and time on buying this product. Tried calling tons of times customer support but no reply. Device ELD installed doesnot update the location by itself. Everytime i have to enter manually. Plz stay away. Customer support is awarded a zero star.
Started lagging a lot on iPad
I’ve had this since 2017 and was working and still works fine on my phone but I went and bought an iPad just for so I can use it on there and it keeps lagging a lot... I press anything and it takes 10 seconds to respond or react... you guys need to fix this

Everything work ok! But missing icon on connection, refresh, and logout icon after I update my IPhone to software version 13.1.2. Why?
Crashing terribly!!
Do not update!! It is such a terrible thing. I cannot work legally with this. It crashes, it’s supppeerr slow and does not allow to change duty.
New version problem
It’s been running perfectly fine ever since I got it in 2017 but now 3 days ago they have updated it and it’s been crashing ever since. Every time I change my status, it crashes and I have to restart it. Don’t know what the hell is wrong with it.

Miles don’t work properly
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the issue to be fixed this is ridiculous, miles are always running on the logs even if I’m stopped. Probably will switch companies nobody is helping to get this issue fixed.

The current day miles. I made my self off duty, however, the miles show incorrect. It supposed to show 0 miles, because Iam in off duty. However it show some miles left over from previous route. Please fix this bug.

I'm using a version from January! And it's working just the way I want it to work🤤 so if your like me and sometimes (all the time) want to change the log, then you can with an older version.
