Hoshin is the management app I always wanted to have. It was created from years of real experience in project management, Lean thinking, quality systems, standardized work, operational control and organization management. The goal is simple: provide one workspace where strategy, projects, people, tasks, timing, problem solving and continuous improvement can live together. Most project tools are flat. They show tasks, lists or boards, but often miss the real structure of how organizations work. In real life, work is managed across multiple levels. Someone defines the objectives. Editable source files remain connected to the generated documents so the work can be updated and exported again. HELP REQUESTS AND VISUAL CONTROL When help is requested at a lower level, the information is not lost. The request is reflected through the project hierarchy, helping managers identify where attention is required. Notifications keep team members informed of relevant activity. BACKUP AND RESTORE Create a complete Hoshin backup containing organizations, boards, tasks, tools and attachments. Backups can be inspected and restored using the Hoshin backup format. CLOUD COLLABORATION Keep organizations and project data synchronized across supported Apple devices. Invited colleagues can collaborate within the same organization workspace. ORGANIZATION SUBSCRIPTIONS Hoshin offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for one to five organizations. A subscription belongs to the account managing the organization. Invited colleagues can access the shared organization without purchasing a separate organization subscription.
