Missing features
Needs three very important features
1. Sort patient list by SOC date
2. Ability to switch between agencies without logging in and out each time.
3. Patient profile/face-sheet

App is only getting worse
It is so difficult to delete multiple messages at a time. Delete feature just disappears suddenly. It is starting to lag.
Face sheet
It would be really nice if when you select a patient their demographic or face sheet information is also there. For example their address, phone number,etc. Would really appreciate it.

Easy to login but impossible to access to any features.

This app will waste your time! Better do it in the web based app.
I thought that this app will make my work more efficient. It seemed that it has a great potential if it does work. Then when I was about to sign my note, it just doesn't go through, meaning that I have to do all of my notes again in the web based app.
