I am not able to upgrade any items, I can buy new items just cannot upgrade. Sent a note to support for… support. No response it’s been almost a week. I would like the $ back that I put in for more diamonds. Don’t get frustrated playing this game and definitely don’t spend any money on it!

Sadly level 53 is missing a customer so impossible to get 3 stars only 2 is achievable. I’ve tested it many times I’ve completed the game with 3 stars for every level except the impossible lvl 53 as one of the customers has not been added so rating lost 1 star as it’s lost a star for lvl 53
