Too much ads
The amount of coins you get to upgrade some parts are less than what you need to spend. The ads are so much and this game is so desperate to earn from there. Each game always lead you to watch an ad which is a bit annoying and the only way to stop that is to close the app and open again. The game is good but so desperate for ads which is very annoying!

U cant pass a level specially an endless mode if u dont spend real money to upgrade doctors and equipment income. u need to play and lose so many times just so u can upgrade a doctor by 1 level up but even then its still not enough
