You have to pay for it and there’s also a review that says how much it costs so you can check that out after and the characters look really weird on the ads. Why can’t I just get a good hospital game that you don’t have to pay for. P.S. THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT I LOOKED AT SAY IT’S BAD SO DON’T GET IT.
