Nice App
Amazing discounts in My ceviche !! I really recommend it !
Canβt even place order (no explanation)
The app gives a $5 coupon for your first order. When trying to checkout, it keeps giving an error stating βunable to verify basket.β
Okay, what does that mean?
UI is nice. Was pretty easy to setup my order. But overall not so good with the UX language. Has a lot of room for improvements. Not what I would go to to place food orders.

Love their food. Quick service, clean and fast delivery.
Perfect app!
Perfect app! Easy to repeat orders and getting rewards points is icing on the cake. Love My Ceviche!
Superuseful but It took me some time to learn how to use it
I had some problems in my first orders but now, I got familiar with the app and I order only by this app.
π My Ceviche
Food is so good and app makes it super easy to order!
App malfunction a lot but the food is great so I keep coming back
When the app works, it works great but lately itβs such a headache to use, otherwise I would order more often. Iβve had to reinstall the app at least four times already in order to reset it and be able to place orders. Itβs important to me because the online account (via my PC) is not the same and purchases are not combined. Once I learned that I stopped ordering online, and only went back to online purchasing because the app kept failing. I lost out on a lot of credits because of that. Regardless of this I can say that customer service is prompt in responding to concerns and addresses them quickly and effectively. And of course the food is fantastic so a little bit of hassle is worth it ... sometimes. But not particularly at this moment. Because I am starving and craving some Ceviche.

No explanations
There arenβt any explanations for the menu for many of the options. It also doesnβt use the same account as the website.
Great app update
The updates to the app make it much more user-friendly and the loyalty program is a great reward.
Terrible
I love my ceviche and i had already made an account online, the app will not let me use a previous account so i cant order!!
Excellent App!
Rewards are great. $10 credit each time you hit $99. I have already received $20 in the last month!
Ridiculous App!
That was unbelievable! I just came back from My Ceviche South Beach! Where I get my food twice a week, every week, and everybody knows me there!!! I ordered by phone, when I went to pick up the Level Up App was not working, the got me there for 10 minutes trying and nothing, and I didn't bring the wallet, they didn't give me the 12$ burrito that was already done and they probably will throw away! I live 4 blocks away, I could come back with cash or card but was simply ridiculous the way they acted, specially knowing that we are neighbors and regular customers! I was so upset! RIDICULOUS. BUT THE FOOD IS AMAZING!

Terrible
This app is useless. Finding Locations? Ask Siri or google it...much faster. Rewards? Quit patting yourselves on the back. A whole button for Pay, really?
This is a cumbersome and poorly designed interface that leaves a bit to be desired. Compare your app to Chipotle's and other food companies that make a slick app and this looks like an example of what not to do with your app. First thing to pay attention to is your ordering interface (this is how people give you money) and then worry about your fancy customer loyalty programs and the other useless options. Love your food but your app is terrible and needs some serious testing by actual customers for feedback. Lots of examples of good UI out there. Poor order flow and layout of order screens too. Really nothing good here. Sorry for the scathing review but when your staff pushes people to use the app then you're literally asking for it.

Love the restaurant and the food.
I eat here once a week. I usually arrive a little late so I prefer to order ahead so I don't have to wait while they prepare my food. I tried to download the app to expedite my order in process.
The app is a total mess.
When I try to call the restaurant to clarify my order the number on the app sent me to another restaurant.

Crappy App, Broken Promises
I tried the My Ceviche in South Miami earlier today, and liked it quite a bit. Before I left for the gym tonight I checked to see if the location delivered to Pinecrest; it claimed they did. After 25 minutes of signing and resigning in, the App finally let me get in. It did not work, however, unless I enabled location. Shady. I then tried to order food--it only allowed me to enter one item before taking me to check-out. That's right--it only allows you to order one item at a time. Adding to the frustration is the fact that even though there were routine daily specials available at the store, the app did not have them. Finally, and most outrageously of all, when I entered the order for my one measly burrito, the app said "Sorry, we don't deliver to Pinecrest"--in blatant disregard for what had been promised. I called, and the store said they only reached "parts" of Pinecrest. Well you know what, if that's the case, spell it out. Have a way for consumers to find out what the delivery location is before they spend half an hour navigating a buggy app, only being allowed one burrito, and then being told "Sorry, no burrito for you." Crappy app, crappy way to make a first impression.

Awesome
Excited to have an app to pay! Online ordering is coming soon too!
Pointless
You can't even place an order from the app!! What's the point of even making this!! It's so simple to add this feature
