Do you need an app?
I normally book through the website which works perfectly fine. But when I tried to use my guest pass, I was told I needed to book the Guest through the app. When I tried to do that, the option to add a guest pass never populated. Only paying options were available, even though it shows I do have a guest pass on my account. The manager at the studio just gave me her day pass. So honestly, what’s the point of the app?

How many classes in my bill cycle
Can you please make a way in the app for us to see how many classes we have taken in our billing cycle? My bill does not go from the 1st to the the 1st. I would like to be able to track if I have taken enough classes to equal the value spent on my membership. In class history…it cuts off. I think it shows classes taken in the previous calendar month and the current calendar month to date. Or maybe its the last 30 days. Which is what I can see. But this doesnt let me track what Ive done over my billing cycle. Maybe being able to see 3 calendar months or 60-90 days class history would show this.
Also the class filters don’t always work well. And don’t always show the same filters available on the website. And there are teachers that are no longer on any schedules. Can they be deleted to make filtering by teacher less cumbersome?

Needs Improvement
This app is outdated and missing a lot of what most studios have now. The UI needs to be more current but more importantly - I need to know how many people signed up for each class. I don’t want to show up to a class with only like three other people!
Wish I could Save or Like teachers
The app works well for booking and cancelling classes. There are a lot of teachers at each studio and it is difficult to keep track of them all. I wish I could save, like, and/or put notes on teachers in the app.
Great & functional
I love that I can see my passes for the month and the classes are added to my calendar. Also happy I can stay signed in. Great app!
