Don’t play adds when the app first opens
Here’s a tip, when someone opens up a music streaming app the last thing they want hear first thing is a damn ad. I usually go to the app when I want to hear the second date update and my radio is losing signal on the way to work and as soon as an ad plays the app gets closed. You greedy bums really need the ad plays first thing. Jesus Christ

Great station. Awful app
I love the station and the Get Up Crew, and it’s easier to listen via an app, but the app itself is awful. It stops playing all the time and alway lags behind the radio so you’ll never have a chance at any of the contests. developers, I’m not being greedy, please just fix the play issues, I’m tired of starting and restarting the app multiple times for the two hours I’m trying to listen in the morning

Hot 969 a awesome station
Been listening to this station on iheart radio to the throwbacks and it’s awesome so I just have to download the app
iOS update not working
Hi I love this station and listen every day! But I haven’t been able to listen at home because the app does not work after the iOS update!! Is this being worked on?
The ads are what matter, not the content.
It plays ads in the middle of the live stream. Really? So regular over-the-air ads and then additional ads that interrupt programs. Sure that makes a lot of sense. This should probably be timed better to overlay the over-the-air ads, or not do it at all.

This week prior to the update, and after the update my app won't open. I use it once it gets staticky in my car. My other apps are working well. Please fix!

If you see what they changed it's artwork after they all of a sudden fired Baltazar. He was the reason why I started listening to Hot969. This update is to remove his photo. But I'm removing the app instead.
Crash
This app crashes too much.
Doesn't work for me
I absolutely love this station. I listen to it in my car everyday. It's the only station my daughter and I agree on. The app doesn't work for me though. Other local music apps are fine. I wish they'd fix whatever is wrong. I want to listen at work.

I was so excited to find this app. since i live out of state. I grew up listening to talk radio on this station. I am so disappointed it's music now!!! Boo!!!!!!

At least Michael Graham is out of a job. This state became increasingly ignorant by the day with his ridiculous partisan spins. Not gonna miss people getting yelled at, called names and immediately hung up on because they dared to disagree with that insecure tyrant. Sorry for everyone else.

As of January 2, 2013 WTKK is not talk radio. It's music. The new name is Power 96.9
Personalities Hocking Local Businesses
The best station by far. I listen every day. It is way over the top the way the personalities are always providing testimonials for local businesses. For example, Marjorie is constantly ogling about some dentist in Peabody that has modern equipment while Jim can't stop raving about a roofing company that justifies expensive pricing by stating the owner has so much experience he is now living in an assisted living community. So if you don't mind nonstop testimonials than this station is a truly great source of news and entertainment.
