Been using for about a month now and can’t report any faults. Customer service is great. Have had no issues with depositing or withdrawing. Would recommend giving a go.

The app is very easy to use with plenty of betting options including SGM options. A solid clean layout making it easy to navigate. Withdrawals are fast and hassle free.

HOT Bet App
Pretty decent app to use. I found that it only loaded a few pending bets up at a time and you then had to keep loading it up again to see them. Could be improved. The odds seemed ok. Promos are quite limited. Very small boosts to prices when you use the boost option and only bonus bets back on the 1st 4 Melbourne races on Saturday. Not many other promos I’d use.

Absolute scam
Absolute scammers this no morals betting site, I made a deposit with them 24 hours later closed my account and refused to refund me I sent them on 3 occasions bank statement showing the transaction to them but they kept emailing me saying you need to show proof of deposit my bank statement was as clear as day but kept saying you need to show proof I’ve reported this suspicious company to a gambling treasurer, they can’t be trusted

Unsatisfactory
After placing bets, I can’t read the details on my iPhone 12 Mini’s screen- the race number gets cut off. There is no way to click on a bet and jump to a race’s form as you can with TAB and Landbrokes Apps. It’s kind of ridiculous that if you want to copy someone’s tips, the minimum wager is $5. You can delete them from your bet slip, re-enter than and wager their amount you like. Generally, the bonus bet deals they offer are ok and odds are on par with other sites. Exceptionally slow payouts though; I made a withdrawal on a Saturday and it didn’t arrive in my bank account until Tuesday. Lots to work on, gang!

Good platform
Was a good app to use something different with the tips provided and interesting to go through and look out. Odds a little lower then other apps which was a bit annoying but sign up promos where unreal.

The Whole site is accessible and good to use but slow and glitchy.

Poor betting platform
If you win first day , you get an email stating you are not promo eligible while you are on live chat asking why you can’t bet the second day. Site full of garbage to try to entice you to follow winning punters & as said in other reviews, promotions are shown but you are not entitled to them unless you lose . Took my money & closed account. Had to ring to close account as this platform does not have a clear option , it is hidden in the self exclusion area probably in the hope you self exclude from all sites in attempt to be spiteful. Steer clear of the 2 bookies using this platform.
