App doesn't work! Canmnot create an account or look at menu, nothing.
Poor App
This is the worst restaurant app I’ve ever used. This app needs some major updates. I wonder how much business have hotbox cookies lost because the app doesn’t work properly?
Literally useless
So buggy I can’t make an account or put in a location or select anything. Like kind of a joke tbh not worth downloading
OMG—Fix this app already.
Won’t let me create an account, much less log in, nor can I look up a place to order from.

Login doesn’t work, nothing really displays or loads. That’s pretty bad lol
Awful; Nothing Loads
Tried making an account, nothing loads. Tried skipping to just look at locations, nothing loads. Terrible app. Deleted almost immediately.

I created an account on the website and when I try to log in on the app, it won’t let me log in at all. Will be deleting
Would give zero stars if I could!
I had to go to the website to make an actual account because I was unable to on the app. However, even when I made the account I wasn’t able to login on the app. I am deleting this app right now!
Terrible App
Graphics not great, no pics of the cookies on the ordering page, long list of items (rather than a drop down) for cookie selection and no where to just increase the cookie quantity desired by flavor. Once you get past the order, it’s not great at refreshing your order status or driver locations. Seems like it’s clunky and behind the times compared with other apps.

What’s the point?
I’ve downloaded and deleted it twice in case I did something wrong the first time. I know there is a location near me, but it doesn’t recognize that location. When I try to go to listing of stores it takes me to a broken link. Unable to do anything with it other than delete it again.
