Doesn’t load in no more

I loved this game but a few days ago it has stopped loading in. It says “unable to connect to games server” even though my internet is on and all other games work. I haven’t changed nothing but I can’t understand what’s gone wrong. Can you help please and I’ll update to 5 stars as soon as it works as it’s worthy of that. I have the latest IOS update.

Je trouve que c’est long pour avoir la suite du jeu ´´´´´je me demande si je dois laissé le jeu ou attendre encore 3 ans ´ pourquoi ne pas tenir au courant de vos intentions ´´´´ beaucoup d’argent a été investis dans votre jeux ´´´´´ svp un peut de respect envers vos clients ´´´´ si le jeu n’est pas pour continuer svp nous avertir ´´´´ ont. Fantastic game but…

Definitely a 5 stars game so far. Ive been playing it for a few hours and i love it. Im a match 3 games fan, i have a lot of this games on my phone and this one is on my top 3. The only bad thing I’ve noticed so far is that it looks like this game has been abandoned by the developers. It hasn’t had an update in over a year and you can’t connect your game with Facebook anymore. Its a shame because this game its incredible and the storyline makes it even better. If any developer of this game is reading this, please update the game, come back to it because you guys did a great job, but your job is not finished. Do it for us 👍🏼

I can’t even get into the game

The loading is stuck on 10% and it doesn’t go up. I waited so long and it still doesn’t go up.

If you like waiting 6 months to a year

If you like waiting 6 months to a year for an update then by all means download this game. It’s a good game, but seriously they post “update coming soon”, just to be sure I looked the word soon up in the dictionary and it means a short span of time. The last update was roughly 8 months ago. I ended up downloading hidden hotel (original version of this game and even with some of the ridiculously hard levels I’ve almost caught up to the area where hotel blast has stopped. I don’t know if they have no intention of adding more levels to finish the areas, or just shutting the game down. I’ve checked in on the game just to see if they updated since last Christmas 2021) and no they haven’t….. so disappointing

Great Game

I love playing but the new option of play on doesn’t work and the game now freezes it’s getting annoying for a good game. Please fix this

Long wait for new levels

Absolutely love this game! I’m on the thousands level wise, but I have been waiting for months for new renovations! Hopefully they come out soon.

It fantastic but a little scary

I love this fragment how to do meet people and clean the hotel but when I started play cause I play for 2 years but as I when on I’m not gonna lie but it’s a little scary with all these things like but I still love the game don’t change it

Great game with one MAJOR flaw

Really great game, very addictive and fun. HOWEVER, once you get to level 79 it stops, saying “more levels are on the way”. When I investigated I found emails and messages from other players with the same complaint. One player said he sent an email to the company after waiting 3 months and only received an assurance more levels were on the way. However he went on to say those levels never came. Save yourself a lot of frustration and don’t download this game.
