About
Still managing hotel breakfast with paper lists or spreadsheets?
Manual breakfast registration is slow, difficult to hand over, and easy to get wrong. Unlisted rooms may be admitted, the same room may claim breakfast twice, and finance teams often have to re-enter everything after service ends.
Meal Manager gives hotels, B&Bs, inns, guesthouses, and other lodging businesses a simple breakfast check-in workflow—especially when their PMS does not connect to the front desk or restaurant.
No complex setup or system integration is required. Prepare the breakfast plan, share it by QR code, check guests in by room number, and export a complete report when breakfast is over.
BREAKFAST PLANS PREPARED BY FINANCE
Finance or hotel management can maintain room types, room numbers, complimentary meal allowances, adult and child prices, and accepted payment methods.
Create a breakfast plan for each date and clearly define which rooms include breakfast and how many complimentary meals each room receives.
QR CODE HANDOFF
Once the breakfast list is ready, generate a QR code and send it to the front desk or restaurant team.
Staff can scan the code on another device to import the plan. There is no need to re-enter room numbers, share a spreadsheet, or connect to a PMS server.
FAST ROOM-BASED CHECK-IN
When a guest arrives, staff enter the room number to see:
Whether the room is included in the breakfast plan
The complimentary allowance for that room
The number of adults and children already registered
The remaining breakfast allowance
Any over-limit usage
Previous check-in activity
Checking every visit against the approved room list helps prevent unlisted access, room-number misuse, duplicate claims, and missed records.
OVERAGE AND PAYMENT RECORDS
When the number of diners exceeds the complimentary allowance, staff can record the extra charge and payment method or approve a complimentary waiver with a reason.
Each decision remains attached to the room record, giving finance a clear trail after service.
EXPORT BREAKFAST REPORTS
After breakfast, export the check-in report for finance and management.
Reports can be used to review:
Actual breakfast attendance
Adult and child diner counts
Checked-in and absent rooms
Complimentary allowance usage
Over-limit diners
Charges and payment methods
Complimentary waivers
Unplanned or exceptional check-ins
Daily food demand and operating trends
These records help finance and food-and-beverage teams compare occupancy with actual breakfast attendance, improve purchasing and staffing decisions, and understand breakfast costs more accurately.
BUILT FOR HOTELS WITHOUT PMS INTEGRATION
Meal Manager is ideal for independent hotels, B&Bs, inns, guesthouses, serviced apartments, resorts, and breakfast venues that do not have a PMS—or whose PMS does not connect to restaurant operations.
The workflow stays simple: finance prepares the plan, the front desk or restaurant scans the QR code, staff check guests in by room number, and finance receives the final report.
No account or server is required. Data is stored locally on the device, with support for both iPhone and iPad.

What's New in Hotel Breakfast
1.0.1
August 11, 2026
Fixed an issue that prevented some users from purchasing upgrade plans when in-app purchases were not available with the app release. Basic, Professional, and Unlimited plans can now be loaded and purchased normally. Improved upgrade eligibility: lower-tier plans are no longer offered after a higher tier is owned, preventing duplicate purchases. If you still can’t complete a purchase, please wait for our next update. Thank you for your patience.
